* one hour introduction to Zentangle: A relaxing, meditative and fun exercise that can lead to unexpected results. Zentangle can create beauty, increase confidence, change your mood, improve focus, and stimulate creativity as it provides a counterbalance to our increasingly hectic, techno world.
